Let’s write
a new story
—together!
At AIM Counseling Services, we are more than just a mental health practice—we are a partner in your journey toward well-being. We’re here to support kids (6+), individuals, couples, and families on their mental health journeys. Led by Ashlee Marozick, we specialize in helping address trauma accrued throughout life, the parents of neurodivergent children, and treating those with ADHD and ASD, especially those diagnosed as adults.

Ashlee Marozick
FOUNDER
After serving in the Navy and traveling the world, Ashlee Marozick was searching for her direction and purpose. Upon further reflection, she realized she had always been that person friends came to when they needed to talk, and that counseling was her true calling. In 2023, Ashlee founded AIM Counseling Services in Washington state.
Ashlee is known for her disarming presence, encouraging clients to open up and be vulnerable. Her approach is centered on creating a supportive and understanding environment where clients feel heard and empowered to heal from past trauma. She then empowers clients by partnering with them on their healing journey in a way that makes sense for them.
